In this one hour virtual workshop, Senior Manager Dealership Consultant Bob Holder will provide insight and guidance on what a dealer owner or department manager should be concentrating on. Every department has important areas to analyze when identifying opportunities for performance improvement and profitability. Bob will introduce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from financial statements your dealership can use to bring forward performance improvement and profitability opportunities.

  • Discuss gross profit by department and components within the departments.
