Tax Update Course Description
This comprehensive federal tax update will cover all new tax legislation, including a review of the changes made by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), Technical Correction Act of 2019 and Tax Extenders Act. All significant regulations, cases, and rulings in all areas of federal taxation through October 15, 2019, will be covered, including the new deduction under Section 199A, changes in itemized deductions, depreciation, preparer rules and more.

degree and he is a Certified Public Accountant, as well as an Adjunct
Professor at the University of Denver's Law School Graduate Tax

Sioux Falls Business Journal. Mr. Merric is an international speaker
presenting at over 475 seminars, and he has published over 70 national
articles. Mr. Merric is the manager of the Law Firm of Mark Merric,
LLC, and a manager for the Alliance of International Legal Counselors,
LLC. Prior to practicing as an attorney, Mark Merric developed a strong business background
working for a Big Four Accounting firm.
