This presentation provides an update on the 340B Program including recent developments as well as identifying deficiencies noted in recent HRSA audits. HRSA has been focusing more of its attention on critical access hospitals. This session will also identify common deficiencies we have noticed during our 340B Compliance Reviews specific to critical access hospitals, as well as best practices we have seen used by other critical access hospitals to help ensure compliance with the complicated regulations related to the 340B Program.
