Join Eide Bailly as we give an overview into key considerations, what to look for and explore practical tips for navigating a transaction and the diligence process.

Learning Objectives:
- Discover what to look for and potential deal breakers during the acquisition process
- Review the quality of earnings (QofE) report, a standard part of the due diligence process
- Identify common areas of review
- Explore key components of a business sale or purchase, including an overview of the buy-side process, EBITDA adjustments and working capital considerations.

Kyle has more than seven years of quality of earnings and due diligence experience, and over eight years of audit experience. His transaction advisory experience includes performing buy side due diligence and writing sell side quality of earnings reports for domestic and international companies. Kyle worked for three years in Europe advising clients in cross border transactions. His industry experience is in manufacturing and distribution, service entities and insurance companies.

Frank Donati, Manager, CPA, CM&AA

Frank has more than seven years of audit experience providing services to a variety of industries. He has significant experience with non-profit organizations, oil & gas entities (upstream), retail/wholesale, and manufacturing.
