Richard Hickman, EnCE, Digital Forensics and eDiscovery Manager of Eide Bailly LLP
Richard has been providing digital forensic services, including digital forensic examinations, expert witness testimony, incident response, eDiscovery and litigation support to small and large businesses, law firms and law enforcement. This includes examining computers, servers, mobile devices and cloud data among other duties.

Brenda Berg, Partner of Holland & Hart
Brenda has close to 20 years of experience as an employee benefits attorney plus a background in accounting and third-party 401(k) plan administration. Brenda’s advice ranges from the initial design and drafting stage, through the day-to-day administration questions and complications that arise. Brenda has extensive experience with 401(k), defined benefit, health and welfare, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans.

Jared Martin, CFP, AIF, Vice President of Innovest Portfolio Solutions

ared is a member of Innovest’s Retirement Plan Practice Group, a specialized team that identifies best practices and implements process improvements to maximize efficiencies for our retirement plan clients. At Innovest, Jared provides consulting services to committees, boards and  individuals.  He also manages the relationships between service providers and plan sponsors and provides ongoing vendor management for Innovest’s clients.  He also leads many special projects for our retirement plan clients. Jared is also a member of the NexGen Society.

Abigail Thomas, Lead Senior Analyst of Innovest Portfolio Solutions
Abigail is a lead senior analyst at Innovest and a member of the Retirement Plan Practice Group, a specialized team that identifies best practices and implements process improvements to better serve our retirement plan clients.  Abigail helps manage these processes and assists in Innovest’s retirement plan efforts including completing Request or Proposals for clients, evaluating and benchmarking plans and service providers. She is a member of the Due Diligence Group, responsible for independently sourcing investment managers, as well as monitoring recommended products and strategies.
