We want to help get you to the event!
Meet at the Hyatt Place Hotel Downtown at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 15. The hotel is located at 55 N. 400 W. in downtown SLC. Pull up to the front and bring in your luggage to the lobby. We will give you a parking voucher to park in the parking lot behind the hotel. From there, we will walk across the street to the Eide Bailly office.

11:15 a.m. - Tours of Eide Bailly office
11:45 a.m. - Welcome lunch and presentation
12:30 p.m. - Client visits
2:30 - Team building activity
4 p.m. - Professionalism in the Workplace
5 p.m. - Return to Hyatt Place Hotel
6:30 p.m. Progressive dinner

Day 2

8 a.m. - Breakfast
8:30 a.m. - Services fair
10 a.m. - Community Service Activity
12 p.m. - Lunch and professional panel
1 p.m. - Group projects
3 p.m. - Group project presentations
3:30 p.m. - Eide Bailly Olympics
4 p.m. Recruitment and wrap-up

Dress Code
Day 1

When you arrive on Tuesday, you can be in casual attire as we will have activities throughout the day where casual dress will be more appropriate. Acceptable dress for casual attire includes jeans, capri pants, college t-shirts, polo shirts, sandals and tennis shoes. Not acceptable for casual attire are shorts, sweatpants, tank tops, flip-flops and hats. Feel free to show your school pride by wearing your college colors or apparel.

Day 1 - Evening
The dinner scheduled for Tuesday evening will be business professional. This would include a suit, dress pants, collared shirt, blouse, etc. Not acceptable for business professional are jeans, t-shirts, khaki pants, golf shirts, tennis shoes, etc.

Day 2
Wednesday, plan to dress casually, as we will be doing a service activity that will have you moving around. Again, acceptable dress for casual attire includes jeans, capri pants, college t-shirts, polo shirts and tennis shoes. Not acceptable for casual attire are shorts, sweatpants, tank tops, flip flops and hats.

It is only half a mile from City Creek Center and Temple Square. Hyatt Place is also conveniently located half a block from two different Trax stops. As one of the top hotels in Salt Lake City, the Hyatt Place features wireless internet, a 24-hour fitness center and on-site parking.

Reservation Information: Reservations have been made and you will receive your room key from us on Tuesday, May 15. All charges will be billed to Eide Bailly directly, so please do not check-in at the front desk of the hotel.
