Derek has more than nine years of public accounting experience providing tax and consulting services to individuals and closely held businesses, with a focus and emphasis on succession and strategic planning, estate planning, and wealth preservation. David has more than 17 years of experience with agricultural equipment dealerships, and has provided sales tax support to over 100 retail locations in 11 states. He provides tax advice to clients and has experience facilitating the completion of sales tax returns in excess of $3 million. David is also experienced in creating and delivering workshops related to State and Local Tax (SALT) issues, and has lead internal audit proceedings from start to finish, including protest letters and final payment.
