The Interest-Charge Domestic International Sales Corporation, more commonly known as the IC-DISC, is a U.S. income tax incentive available for U.S. manufacturers, distributors, growers, and producers who export, as well as for U.S. engineers and architects providing services for projects located outside the U.S. The IC-DISC allows certain U.S. businesses to reduce their U.S. tax liability through a commission mechanism. Clients with at least $1-2 million of profitable foreign earned revenue from an exported product or service that is made primarily in the U.S. are prime candidates. Join us to learn more about this export incentive and how we can work with you to determine your clients' eligibility.
