What do I need to know?

  • We work with our clients to understand their needs so you can be assured that the job description is accurate.
  • All advertisements are placed by Eide Bailly (that’s us!), and all applications are submitted to our hiring manager assigned to the specific position.
  • The Eide Bailly hiring manager is your main contact throughout the interview process and will assist in all phases leading up to a job offer. Different phases may include:
  1. Phone screenings
  2. Filling out an assessment
  3. Making recommendations and scheduling all subsequent interviews
  4. Employment background checks
  5. Follow up on position outcome

Then what?
If you’re hired, you’re our client’s staff member—congratulations! They’ll make the official employment offer to you and finish the process.
