Upcoming ACA Compliance Deadline Still Intact

By Tonya Rule

February 04, 2017

We are receiving a lot of calls about the Affordable Care Act's (ACA) upcoming filing requirements and compliance deadlines.

The confusion seems to be caused by the executive order announcement in January and the recently postponed House of Representatives vote to repeal and replace the ACA.

Those events, however, do not alter the established ACA upcoming filing and compliance deadlines.

Effected employers are still required to file the appropriate forms on the appropriate date as follows:

February 28, 2017: 1094-C Forms were due to the IRS if paper filed
March 2, 2017: 1095-C Forms were due to employees
March 31, 2017: 1094-C Forms due to the IRS if e-filed
