PI Assessment
Once you select a time for the phone interview, you will receive an email from the Predictive Index to complete an assessment (we promise it’s a quick one, about 5-10 minutes).

This is an exploratory phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to discuss your experience and background, while also sharing more with you about Eide Bailly and what to expect next. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will follow up with you once they hear back from the hiring team.

This is your opportunity to meet with the Hiring Manager or Hiring team. Our interviews may be virtual or in-person and may include more than one interview, depending on the position. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will keep you updated after each interview on next steps or feedback.

At this stage, you will receive a request to complete some additional application materials and enter references.
