With more than18 years of experience in the employee benefits industry and 21 years with Eide Bailly, she serves as the senior relationship partner for our clients. Her experience, combined with her CEBS designation, assists her in helping clients' with their questions and complex compliance situations. |

Ramona Berger, Client Service and Development Manager With more than 25 years of industry experience, Ramona supports employers and their benefit consultants with all reimbursement and COBRA/Continuation account services. Ramona provides comprehensive employee benefits expertise from all aspects of employee health and welfare plans, including consumer directed plans, health, dental, leave/disability, life insurance and employee wellness. For our new clients, she coordinates the resources prior to a new business proposal, during the proposal process and through the transition process. |

John Michaels, Senior Benefits Consultant John has more than 11 years of consulting experience in employee benefits administration. He serves as a senior consultant and is responsible for providing responses during the proposal and evaluation period for requests for proposal. He works closely with clients from the proposal stage and throughout the implementation process. |
