Eide Bailly OneCard
If your plan renewed January 1 2012, we are replacing the Benny Card with the Eide Bailly OneCard. While this work transpires, you will need to make reimbursement requests either by using the online or paper reimbursement processes.
Two Eide Bailly OneCards will be mailed to participants between the end of December and early January. Cards for participants with HRA only balances will receive their cards in late January or early February.
