Is your dealership receiving value from its audit? Your dealership requires an audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether your statements are free of material misstatements.

At Eide Bailly, our audit is conducted by examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. We include tests we consider necessary to enable us to express an opinion that the financial statements are fairly presented, in all material respects, in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.

We provide MORE than just an audit. As part of our audit services, we also prepare a management letter at the conclusion of the engagement. This letter may include comments on deficiencies noted in internal controls, suggestions to improve accounting procedures or the financial reporting process, or other general tax planning or business recommendations. Although these recommendations are outlined in our management letter, we also discuss our recommendation with management so that, if appropriate, they can be implemented in a timely manner.

We also inform our clients of trends and innovations in cost savings and revenue enhancement techniques. Our service doesn't stop when the audit is completed. We continually share insights into accounting changes or proposed changes that could impact your dealership's financial statements.
