David has more than 11 years experience providing audit and accounting services to various industries with a focus on SEC registered entities and insurance companies, pools and trusts. He has significant experience in engagements with large, multi-location organizations. He also performs management consulting services to assist in implementation and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act, rule 404, related to controls over financial reporting. David is experienced in both Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Statutory Accounting Principles, and works with financial reporting capabilities of various systems, including SAP, Dynamics, JD Edwards and others. He has served as a speaker at national insurance conferences.
In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family.
