With more than 28 years experience in health care, Chris utilizes his deep industry knowledge and leadership skills as director of Eide Bailly's health care industry. Chris provides a wide range of services for clients, which include facilitating strategic planning processes for health care systems and providing consulting services for health care facilities regarding managed care programs. He also provides clients with contract analyses and negotiation assistance, facilitates and negotiates physician contracting and compensation systems, and facilitates the development of integrated delivery systems.
Chris also provides financial feasibility studies relating to hospital/clinic services, reimbursement maximization studies for hospital/clinic combination facilities, office workflow analyses in both hospital and clinic settings, and assistance with chargemaster and cost report risk assessments.
Chris enjoys sharing his expertise with others in the industry, and is a frequent presenter and lecturer on third-party reimbursement and operational issues and joint venture opportunities. Outside of his professional commitments, Chris enjoys spending his free time golfing, woodworking and snowmobiling.
