Eide Bailly's culture promotes lifelong learning. Everyone in the Firm is expected to continually develop the competencies required to effectively perform on the job. The average number of hours of continuing education received by our staff is more than 60 hours annually.
At Eide Bailly, our staff have the opportunity to not only continue to improve their technical competences, but also to learn about developing people, problem solving, handling ambiguity, and communicating through a variety of mediums. Because of the value our Firm places on relationship building, we bring staff at all levels together for multiple-day learning events in technical subjects, management and leadership, and the application of firmwide processes. Our professionals also participate in local, regional, and national conferences.
We believe in our staff and know how important continuous learning is to each of them and their career. To provide our staff with a roadmap for their career, we have developed career learning maps to help show them the way. Their Performance Managers and others in the Firm are always ready and willing to help our staff learn and grow.
