Jeff has more than 25 years of accounting experience. His expertise is applied to a variety of industries and client types, including food processors, tooling, metal fabrication, electrical component assembly, personal care products manufacturing and distribution, media brokerage, distributors, law firms, heavy equipment manufacturers, importers, real estate, subcontractors, mortgage companies, software developers, manufacturers representatives and leasing companies. Jeff’s clients’ annual sales range from less than $100,000 to more than $2 billion.
Jeff’s vast tax knowledge makes him a sought-after resource with clients and colleagues. He conducts complex research and IRS and state representation, including ruling requests, mergers and acquisitions, property transactions, ownership changes and business succession; corporate and partnership issues; and international structuring and taxation research, planning and consultation. Jeff is also a presenter of continuing education courses, speaker at state-wide conferences, a published author of several articles and columns, and a member of Eide Bailly's International Tax Services group.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys sporting events, hiking, reading and trying new beers, wines and restaurants.
