Eide Bailly professionals find it rewarding to be actively involved in their communities in varying roles—supporting existing programs, developing new initiatives, mentoring youth, serving on boards and committees, and helping our communities grow and prosper.

Paid Time Off
(PTO)
At Eide Bailly, staff members start off accruing 10 hours per month, which is three weeks of PTO per year. Accrual increases over time to reflect your position within the Firm and length of service. Exempt staff members use PTO in four-hour increments, so you are not required to take PTO for appointments or personal activities that require you to be away for the office for less than four hours, which gives you flexibility during your workday.

In addition, we receive time off for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day (or other religious holiday).

Parental Leave
We know family is important. To help maintain a balance during some of the most important transitions in life, the Firm offers paid parental leave following the birth or adoption of a child.

Wellness Benefit

Eide Bailly supports wellness initiatives in all offices and we encourage our staff to maintain active, healthy lifestyles. Our office locations promote a variety of wellness events, ranging from health fairs to CPR training to exercise contests. To support our staff in living an active, healthy lifestyle, the Firm offers reimbursement each fiscal year in taxable income for certain eligible fitness expenses, including health club/gym memberships, group exercise classes, home exercise equipment, personal training services and weight-loss programs.

While these benefits are prorated for less-than-full-time staff, the total wellness benefit available per fiscal year for full-time staff members who have been with the firm for up to three years is $300, and $600 for staff who have been with the firm more than three years.

Computer Purchase Plan
Not only do we provide you with up-to-date computer hardware, software and support, if you want to be technology proficient away from work, Eide Bailly offers its staff interest-free financing on a $2,500 computer purchase for up to three years. You are eligible to participate in the computer purchase plan after six months of employment.
