Certifications/Designations
Eide Bailly provides a one-time allowance (up to $1,500) toward the attainment of a certification or designation. In lieu of the allowance, you may receive a $250 bonus upon attainment of the certification or designation. Additionally, we have partnered with Becker CPA Review to offer staff a discount on courses and options for payment of registration fees. We also have a bonus incentive structure to encourage staff to pass the CPA exam early in their careers.

Tuition Reimbursement
Eide Bailly’s commitment to furthering your education is enhanced by our tuition reimbursement program. Upon prior approval and receipt of a grade “B” or better, the Firm will reimburse your tuition costs up to $2,500 per fiscal year. You are eligible for this benefit after one year of service.

Computer Purchase Plan
Not only do we provide you with up-to-date computer hardware, software and support, if you want to be technology proficient away from work, Eide Bailly offers its staff interest-free financing on a $2,500 computer purchase for up to three years. You are eligible to participate in the computer purchase plan after six months of employment.

Wellness Benefit
Eide Bailly supports wellness initiatives in all offices and encourages staff to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Our office locations promote a variety of wellness events, ranging from health fairs to CPR training to exercise contests. To support our staff in living an active, healthy lifestyle, the Firm offers reimbursement each fiscal year in taxable income for certain eligible fitness expenses, including health club/gym memberships, group exercise classes, home exercise equipment, personal training services, and weight loss programs.

While these benefits are prorated for less-than-full-time staff, the total wellness benefit available per fiscal year for full-time staff members who have been with the Firm up to three years is $300, and $600 for staff who have been with the Firm more than three years.
